The processes anticipated by our department Environment are integrated in the definition of the Best Techniques Available in order to guarantee to the industrial operators the best solution of treatment.
The tightening of the standards of discharge concerning the problems of substances (REACH) is early settled in order to suggest the perennial solutions and processes, guaranteeing the security of the investments.
Vacuum evaporation and concentration
Thermal processes of water and dissolved salts separation for the recycling of the treated effluents. A range covers all the needs from 0.15 m3/24h to 240 m3/24h
Our various processes :
- High-vacuum our low temperature: PAC system (heat pump)
- Partial vacuum or high temperature: CMV system (steam mechanical compression)
- Hot / cold water system.
- "DRY" system to get dry matter.
- Any system of special design (technological coupling)
Ion exchange and absorption
Filtering of ion exchange resins.
Pre and/or post treatment on activated charcoal.

Nil liquid waste manufacturing processes unit
The implementation of this type of process furthering the integral recycling of the effluents, combine several solutions, such as :
- Production of demineralised water.
- Physicochemical conventional conditioning or membrane technology.
- Finishing by vacuum evaporation and concentration.
- Post treatment of the distillate (function of the recycled water quality requested).
- Final reduction of wastes by "DRY" type concentrator.
Reduction of the volume of wastes
When the objective to be reached is the reduction of the volume of the wastes, the evaporation can be applied directly on the effluents.
The evaporators' application can also be extended to the flood evacuation of some flows of pollution on the conventional works since their treatments complicate the global output of the die and/or that the substances discharged are not compatible with the standards in force.
Physico-chemical Wastewater treatment equipments
The physico-chemical processes are implemented when the aim to reach is the wastewater outfall discharge.
